Matt is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator. A trailblazer in the early days of online games, he pioneered the creation, sale, and trading of virtual goods, the business model that now underpins the entire industry.  

After an Ivy League degree in government and a Congressional internship, Matt became a stockbroker to pursue his passion for the markets before pivoting to start his first games company at 23, following in the footsteps of his father - an anti-Soviet revolutionary who emigrated to America and started a company employing hundreds in Wisconsin. 

A seasoned investor, crypto OG, and lifelong fitness enthusiast, Matt is known for being ahead of the curve and living life his way. Always on the hunt for something new to see or experience, he’s traveled to over 60 countries, is a happy resident of the great state of California, a proud husband, and dogfather to two chihuahuas - one a little bitey, one not.
